Easton Electronics has been doing fire protection in Massachusetts since 1984 — fire alarms, extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers and fire pumps, with 24/7 UL-listed central station monitoring behind them. Its Massachusetts electrical licence is active, number 2142, and the Better Business Bureau grades it A+, though the company is not BBB-accredited. It works out of Canton and Dedham under president David Westcott. The customers who write are the people who run buildings. A facilities professional and property manager wrote in January 2026 that he has worked with the company since 2003 across nursing homes, assisted living residences and drug and alcohol rehabs. In May 2026 another customer described replacing a fire alarm system that had been in place 26 years, and said the changeover went smoothly, the work was left clean and the confirmation tests were thorough. A June 2025 reviewer named the technicians — Ted and Billy — and said that whenever they are on site he is confident it will be handled properly. One 2026 review is harder to place: it carries a single star alongside the words "Unbelievable communication skills", so the rating and the wording point in opposite directions. The Google page averages 4.4 across 10 ratings. Outside the reviews, a September 2020 local news notice announced a fire flow test the company was to run on Stagecoach Road in Stoughton. The company describes its market as commercial, multi-family, retail, healthcare and industrial property across Central and Eastern Massachusetts. If you manage one of those buildings and need alarm work, inspection or monitoring, this is a strong call — four decades in the trade and an active licence behind it. Ask what the monitoring contract covers and how inspection scheduling is handled before signing.
“Easton Electronics will conduct a fire flow test starting at 9 a.m. Sept. 16 at 30, 40 and 50 Stagecoach Road, Stoughton.”
Unbelievable communication skills.
Excellent management and expert technicians take care of us with respect and responsiveness. In addition, the entire fire alarm system replacement project after 26 years went through extremely smooth with very clean jobs and thorough confirmation tests. Definitely a top tier company, which we can entrust with one of the most important missions to protect properties and our lives.

Easton Electronics has been my go to for years, and they never disappoint. Ted and Billy are absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable, professional, and just great guys to work with. Anytime they’re on site, I feel confident everything’s going to be handled the right way. They’re efficient, and always go above and beyond to get things done. I’ve worked with a lot of vendors over the years, but Ted and Billy really stand out. Can’t recommend Easton enough.
