Easton Roofing

Easton Roofing works out of South Easton, and the thing that shows up again and again across its reviews is speed: crews strip an old roof and put on a new one — sometimes with skylights added — in a single day, often gone before the homeowner is even back from work. Owner Chris Fitzsimons runs the estimates himself and stays in the loop through the job — reviewers describe him walking through material and pricing options without a sales push, then showing up on the date he promised. That responsiveness shows up hardest in winter weather: reviews posted in late January and February 2026 describe a crew arriving within a day or two of an ice dam or a snow-loaded roof, and in a review dated October 2025, a homeowner described a 9pm roof leak answered by a 7am visit the next morning. Crews get singled out for cleanup too — several reviewers mention not finding a stray nail or shingle scrap in the yard afterward. Reviews run from 2021 through 2026, spanning 100 write-ups across four platforms, and Google alone shows 4.9 stars from 154 ratings. Pricing draws consistent praise, with multiple homeowners noting Easton came in below other quotes they'd gathered. The company's history stretches back further than the reviews do: a 2019 roofingcontractor.com piece reported that police retracted an accusation that Fitzsimons was a scammer, describing him as having spent more than two decades building a reputation in Massachusetts roofing. The one real blemish is a 2024 review describing a small commercial job in Easton that started leaking within two months, with the reviewer saying calls and voicemails afterward went unanswered — worth asking about if the work in question is commercial rather than a residential reroof. For a full roof replacement someone wants done, cleaned up, and finished in a day, or a fast call when ice dams or storm damage need attention before the next round of weather, Easton is the name that keeps coming up; just get warranty terms and a direct line to Chris confirmed in writing before signing for anything outside a standard reroof.
