Eazy Oil LLC describes itself on its website as a family-owned and operated heating oil company, with a stated service area that includes Southington, Plainville, New Britain, Cheshire, Bristol, Meriden and Middletown. A 2025 customer said the company came over at 2am through a blizzard to fill the tank the day after Christmas. A 2025 customer who called around 11:30pm for an emergency oil fill wrote that they showed within the hour. A 2024 customer who woke to an empty tank on a very cold morning said the company fit them in and they had heat within an hour. A 2023 customer said the company filled the oil and bled the system in less than 10 minutes. A 2023 customer wrote that they used the company for their home and their business every year. A 2026 customer said they had to keep calling to ask for their delivery and that the company charged but did not deliver. A 2026 customer complained that a driver who came after 11pm took 3 to 4 tries to back into the driveway, waking the house. A 2025 customer said the family had a very hard time reaching the company, often found the voicemail box full, and was told 1pm for an arrival that came at 9pm; that customer also said the prices were really good. A 2025 customer described an emergency delivery promised for Thursday or Friday that never came, including an offer of 20 gallons that night that did not arrive, and cancelled the order the next morning. A 2025 customer said the person who came never delivered the oil and left without a call or text. A 2024 customer said the person who came to deliver their oil destroyed the solar lights along their yard, and that a later emergency order of 150 gallons was cut to 5 gallons for the night. Don’t order from this place. They are the worst. You have to keep calling to ask for your delivery. They charge you but they don’t deliver.
I understand people needing an emergency fill. But does the driver who comes here After 11pm need to pull in the driveway? It takes him 3 to 4 times trying to get backed in, back in the whole time the dog is barking waking everyone up in the house. Driver should park on the street just like all oil deliveries have over the years. I have to be up at 3 for work. Not very professional when you wake up the neighbors.
What an amazing team. They worked so hard over the holidays and didn’t allow the blizzard to stope them from coming over at 2am!! to fill my tank so my boys and I wouldn’t have to sleep in 53 degrees the day after Christmas . Thank you so much for your effort and hard work.
Eazy oil is by far the best company I have used.. they deliver oils all times and the drivers are very respectful and kind.. I’m posting this at 9:40 at night.. and they delivered oil to me.. the driver was very respectful and understanding.. if you need oil at a reasonable price and need a consistent company.. choose them.. I have Used plenty of other companies and haven’t looked back.. 5+ stars
i really wish i had the same experience as all these other positive reviews have but unfortunately that is not the case. my family has a very hard time getting a hold of these guys when we need them, and their voicemail box is usually full so we can even leave a message. when we do eventually get a hold of them, they’re always late. and i don’t mean like 1 or 2 hours late, i mean like they said they’d get to our house around 1pm and didnt show up until 9pm. the workers can also be rude sometimes. i will acknowledge that the prices are really good, i just wish the service was the same.
