Working with the Ed’s Flooring team was a dream! Everyone was so easy to work with. My husband and I came in several times while trying to select product and Xavier was so patient with us and answered all of our questions and gave some great suggestions. The showroom is spotless and has just the right amount of product. We had more than enough options, but not so much that I was overwhelmed. The way they curate their collections is just perfect. The staff are helpful, kind and professional, and would absolutely go back to them for any future flooring, tile or kitchen design needs I have. I can’t recommend them enough!

Ed’s Flooring America was wonderful every step of the way. From choosing the carpet that was appropriate for our bedroom to installation, we were extremely pleased. The quality of the carpet is outstanding and the professional installers were fantastic. Thank you Ed and Xavier. We love our carpet!

In January we had the carpeting in our LR & Hall replaced with luxury vinyl planking/tile. The entire process went very well. Rep came to the house with samples initially, we also visited the Hooksett sales office to view various products before deciding which product to install. Great variety on hand. Removal of the existing flooring and Installation of the new flooring was completed in one day. The installation crew, consisting of four individuals, was efficient, polite, and very neat throughout the process. We would recommend this family owned company to anyone considering a flooring project.

Ed’s Flooring does a Fantastic job. We have had them do two floors for us. They did tile in our kitchen and recently carpet in our living room. The crew that comes in are great. They are very efficient and, professional. We look forward to eventually working with them again, to get some more flooring done. If you need flooring done, I highly recommend them.

This was the second time using Eds Flooring out of Hooksett NH. We sold our house in July and they came in am nd replaced stairway carpet and added hallway carpet. Jack the installer did a fantastic job! We purchased our new home in July, this home was gutted and remodeled from the studs on up! Contacted Eds, they came out and measured for three bedrooms. We were told they were the last ones in, contacted them to let them know we were ready.Our carpet was not in yet and we were a little worried on the time frame where we were living in our camper until house was finished. Cold months were coming quick! Lisa ( from the business office)contacted us to let us know she was upgrading our carpet and gave us an install date for the following week. We were so relieved! The customer service was wonderful from the first phone call, to picking out the carpet right through to the install. Couldn't be happier!
