Working with Edson directly and in person was smooth and timely, but scheduling through the office was frustrating. Several times the automated reminder or the office told us the wrong information or there was a mis communication. Between us adding scope to the project, scheduling conflicts and failed final inspection which needed rework and extra charges the project took two extra days to finish.

We are very pleased with the work performed by EH Electric. Their team was professional, responsive, and provided a fast turnaround that helped keep our commercial project moving smoothly and on schedule.

Edson, Tatiana, & the EH Electric team were prompt, responsive, and efficient. We scheduled an appointment for assessment, they were early for the appointment but since we were not available, kindly came back at the appointment time. And then, the day before our scheduled installation, we found some new information that changed what we wanted, and they were able to adapt less than 24 hours before the install was scheduled. I really appreciated this flexibility and focus on meeting what we needed, even if it changed the plans. My only constructive criticism, I found the website they used for contracts and payments to be slightly confusing and to have a lot of extra information that was not entirely relevant to my project. I get it's simpler to include for everybody, but the formatting made it difficult to quickly skim and find what actually mattered to me. I will definitely use EH Electric again if any future projects arise.

Awful company. AWFUL. I would not bother with them. I don’t even know how they are certified.

I have been using EH Electric & HVAC since 2020 for all of my Electrical & HVAC needs upon moving to Waltham. They are a really great reliable company with amazing staff. They have always been there for me. On my last visit Jay was sent to take care of an issue with my furnace blowing black smoke and shutting down. Jay was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. I’m so thankful Jay was able to get me back up and running in no time! Really great service, honestly, the best! I highly recommend EH Electrical & HVAC for all of your Electrical & HVAC needs. If you want it done right and don’t know who to call. Definitely call them!
