Elite Appliance Service is an appliance repair business. A 2025 customer said they came out the same day for a 13-year-old Kenmore Elite LG refrigerator, quickly diagnosed the issue, had the compressor in the truck and had it running in an hour. Another 2025 reviewer wrote that they have used the company several times over the years for various appliances. A 2023 customer said that after struggling with other appliance companies, Elite fixed the refrigerator issue on the spot and offered to come back if there was a further issue. A 2018 customer said Rich came the next day and found the dryer was shutting off because it was overheating, with the dryer vent completely clogged; he gave the customer the name and number of a pro who could unclog the vent and refused to accept any money for the visit and diagnosis. A 2019 customer said they provided same-day service on a broken LG refrigerator and came with the correct parts and tools after the problem was explained over the phone. A 2009 customer said a serviceman, Richard Melloni, was at the house within 3 hours of the first call, repaired the refrigerator right then and then fixed a dryer as well. A 2019 customer wrote to anticipate a service call fee of approximately $100. A 2019 reviewer who gave half a star wrote, "I think he is a crook."
