This company calls me DAILY, asking if I need my house in Massachusetts' chimney swept. This has been a daily call for the past 3 weeks. First 2.5 weeks, I responded with "Hey - I sold that house in 2008 - please take me off this list". They are so incompetant, they are unable to fulfil this request. SO. Now here I am, writing this review, hoping that someone besides Gina or Joann (Two of the people I) spoke with this morning) finally update their lists. I don't know why a company is like "you know what's great for information, using information that's 18 years old to cold call people, then not listen to them" So as of today, I will be setting up that appointment for you to clean my old houses chimney. It is not my responsibility to make sure you're checking with the current property owners. Let's see how much of your resources I can waste by having you guys clean someone else's chimney's, then watching you try to get the home owner to pay for it. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY APPARENTLY ARE INCOMPETANT. UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE: If it wasn't your company's standards, then I wouldn't have to tell you multiple times. When I do call back, Gina and Joann wouldn't just hang up after I tell them I haven't owned the house for 20 years. They'd say "Oh man, our system is terrible apparently - we're working on it. sorry for the inconvenience". However - what they actually do is hang up the phone. Elite home solutions were efficient, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. From start to finish I was extremely pleased at the proficiency they showed, and the way they treated my home like it was their own. I would recommend Elite home solutions to any of my friends and family
