A customer in July had Gabe and Michael out to deep-clean the mini splits and ended up writing about how they fielded questions from two kids and got on with the dog. That is the texture of most Endless Energy reviews: a technician named personally, on time, explaining what he did — CJ, Antonio, Eydan, Aaron, Travis, Brendan, Mike. The company is family-owned, works out of Needham with offices in Marlborough and Randolph, and says it has been in Massachusetts since 1980. Its Massachusetts sheet metal licence, 934-SM-B, is active on the state registry under Endless Energy New England Inc. It runs Mass Save home energy assessments, calls itself a Home Performance Contractor since 2015 and a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, and covers heat pumps, mini splits, insulation, plumbing and electrical work. Maintenance and follow-up are where the praise sits. A customer whose heat pumps and six mini splits were installed by the company keeps them on for the annual service. A June customer with a leak in one unit had a crew out first thing the next morning. In April, another had the AC prepped after a winter install and the technician checked for questions before leaving, and an Angi customer that month had a burnt-out compressor replaced under warranty at no cost. Brendan walked a June customer through an insulation project and the Mass Save paperwork; Mike Heil's April assessment came with ways to cut energy use before the heat pump quote was discussed. Getting to that technician is where two 2026 customers ran into trouble. In July one described a chat with typing sounds and background noise that eventually admitted it was an AI, then said it called back three times in two hours after being told to stop. In May another had the repair man arrive on the wrong date and described being messaged relentlessly. The Better Business Bureau accredits the company and grades it A+, and also lists nine complaints on file. Going further back, a customer writing in March 2014 said the company was paid in advance and did not file the documentation with the town, and that the delay was the company's doing rather than the town's. For heat pump and mini-split work — a new system, the annual service, or a Mass Save assessment — the field crews are the reason to call. Book through a person, confirm the appointment date in writing, and settle who files which rebate and permit paperwork before the visit.
The crew did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the result. Definitely a five star review.
The technician arrive on time and began his assessment. He was professional, thorough, and efficient. He took numerous photographs to verify his findings. I highly recommend Endless Energy to anyone requiring highly skilled evaluation.
Didn't have any customer service. Was talking to an AI chat bot with fake typing noises and fake background sounds before it admitted it was AI Edit: the AI called back 3 times in 2 hours even after I told it to stop messaging me.
We had the best Endless Energy experience that I’ve had to date with Gabe and Michael. They deep cleaned our mini splits but also entertained questions from our 2 kids and were comfortable with our dog. They did a great job but also are great people.
I had annual maintenance done on our heat pumps and 6 mini splits. What an amazing experience. Endless Energy installed our systems and we have used them for all maintenance because of their excellent knowledge and professionalism. Aaron S was our technician for this annual maintenance and he was truly amazing. He called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. That is very helpful. He entered and immediately put on shoe covers. How professional and considerate. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We were extremely satisfied with his visit and he even got along with our biggggg dog! Actually that is very important seeing as he had to take care of 6 mini splits throughout the house. If you need to find a HVAC company, I will recommend Endless Energy 100%. Top quality company and special kudos for a job well done by Aaron. Thank you!
