That commercial side is how the company introduces itself, so say up front that you are calling about a house. One thing to square before you hire: the site dates the business to 1971 and calls it 55 years, while the BBB profile lists 31 years in business and an incorporation in 1995. For a South Shore homeowner who wants an established shop for a heating or cooling install, this is a reasonable call. Ask who takes residential service calls, what happens on a no-heat night in February, and get the equipment model and its warranty in writing before you commit.
