Both can be true if the family's work predates this corporation, but it is worth asking which entity you would actually be hiring. What is thin here is anyone's account but the company's own. The Better Business Bureau lists an A+ grade and says the company is not accredited; its page carries no customer reviews or star average, and its Procore Network listing sits unclaimed with nothing published on it. Nothing from people who hired them has surfaced, which is why there is no rating on this page in either direction. The Better Business Bureau listing also widens the trade well past cooling — tankless water heaters, radiant heat, oil and gas applications, duct cleaning, air filtration, energy recovery — and describes the customer base as residential and commercial, which the company's own site does not. For a homeowner, that gap is the first thing to settle on the phone: whether house calls are something they take at all, or whether their work really lives in restaurants, offices and job sites. If you run a building with a walk-in cooler or a rooftop unit, they are the shape of shop you would call; if you need a furnace looked at at home, ask that question before anything else.
