Nearly 500 Google ratings put ER Services Plumbing and Heating in the large-sample category, and the recent comments point to a company homeowners often call when something needs attention quickly: leaking pipes, clogged sinks, failed A/C, water-heater work, toilet parts, shower valves, and drain issues. Its Massachusetts plumbing license is active, and the July 2026 reviews repeatedly name technicians arriving within an hour or the same day, explaining what they found, and walking customers through repair options. The strongest pattern is speed paired with explanation. Customers describe Will helping with pipe repair, Mario showing camera footage before and after drain clearing, Luiz explaining faucet repairs, Matthew handling a washer drain pipe on a same-day request, and Jake getting A/C equipment running the same day. There is also evidence of broader plumbing work: a new-home punch list, faucet and shower valve repairs, toilet rebuild work, water heater replacement, and drain or clog service. The part to pin down before booking is price. Several recent customers liked the technician or the result but objected to the total: one bathroom faucet customer said the bill was too high, another cited $1,000 for garbage-disposal replacement plus a $500 line-cleaning requirement tied to warranty coverage, and another called a 90-minute drain snaking about $900. Angi also has a June 2026 complaint about sewer inspection and line-cleaning cost. One May 2026 review raised a more serious process issue around a job that required multiple returns and had an inspection problem; that should be asked about if the work involves permits or code details. ER Services looks like a reasonable call for homeowners who want a licensed plumbing shop that can respond quickly and handle everyday repairs, drain problems, and some HVAC service. Before approving work, ask for the written options, what is required versus optional, warranty terms, and any inspection or permit responsibilities.

ER Services was great. One of their techs, Will, was here within an hour. Will was absolutely great! He was very kind and walked me through the work needed that needed to be done. He worked with me and my financial constraints to repair/replace pipes to get everything in order. Will is also an extremely nice young man; it was a pleasure to work with him. My dog also loved him and she’s very discerning. Thank you Will and ER services!

We had a bathroom faucet replaced and the total was so high. I may not use them again

We had an issue with toilet, part need to be replaced. I called ER Services plumbing and they called me back very soon, and made an appointment. With estimate of time frame of when they would be at home between 7 and 9 am I received a call they were on their way at 7:30 am. Jason showed up at 7:25. He checked the issue and was a lethal to fix it quickly. He was very professional. He also checked a few other things and provided a list of things that could be fixed at a later time. I was very pleased with the work Jason did and would call again for any other issues

Tech was pleasant and did the job quick, but the price! $1000 for a garbage disposal replacement, plus we “had to” buy the $500 line cleaning or they wouldn’t warranty their work.
