In a 2024 review a gas boiler went in and was running within two days, with three master plumbers on site. In a 2025 review a warranty HTP indirect hot water tank was swapped out and a mixing valve added on top of it, and another household with an unusual heating system had it running again. The crews clean up too — a customer in a 2024 review said they left the place cleaner than he does himself. The complaints are about money and the phone, and all are a few years old. In a 2023 review, a customer said a $129 phone quote for a diagnosis became $229 when the bill came; another that year objected to how a toilet repair had been quoted.
