Renovation wiring — bathroom and kitchen jobs in 2026 reviews
What does electrical work cost in Greater Boston?
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Eternity Electric. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
Standard receptacle swaps — a new dedicated circuit is a bigger job ($350–$750).
Flush mounts, pendants, chandeliers — hung on existing boxes.
Inspections handled — May 2026 customer praised dealings with inspectors
Fair pricing — reviewers call costs fair or reasonable
Bathrooms and kitchens are where Eternity Electric has been busiest lately. Four of its spring and summer 2026 Google reviews describe renovation work: a May 2026 customer had the original bathroom fan and light replaced with a new fan light and two recessed lights, another had the panel upgraded along with all the electrical for a kitchen renovation and said the project stayed on schedule, and an April 2026 bathroom-remodel customer named Bruno and Jean and called the pricing fair.
Eternity Electric is a Worcester electrician that lists residential and commercial work across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, from panels and wiring to lighting, EV chargers and commercial fit-outs. Its Massachusetts electrician license, #59544, is active, held by Jean Nascimento, and the BBB gives it an A+ grade. It has 5 stars from 17 Google ratings and 5.0 from 14 ratings on Angi, with written reviews running from 2022 to 2026. Several earlier reviews refer to the business as Nascimento Electric.
The Angi reviews from 2022 and 2023 show the same range on a smaller scale. One 2022 customer had a sub panel and an electric-car charger installed plus a circuit for a new vent hood; a March 2023 customer had five smart thermostats installed and said Jean worked around a couple of hiccups on install day. A September 2022 reviewer said Jean did the electrical and found and managed an HVAC installer for a mini-split, finishing on time and on budget. A July 2022 customer said he came the same day and quoted lower than two previous quotes.
Cleanliness comes up often. An April 2026 customer who had two ceiling fans and closet lighting installed said the crew covered the furniture and cleaned up afterward, and a May 2026 reviewer said the team handled local inspections with courtesy and patience.
