They transformed our overgrown, unused cliff/hillside into a beautiful backyard patio oasis. From the very beginning, Bill was incredibly creative and brought ideas to the table that we never would have thought of ourselves. He always gave us options, explained everything clearly, and was completely transparent throughout the entire project. We trusted his vision from day one, and he absolutely delivered. The amount of labor that went into this project was incredible. They built gorgeous hill stairs, a terrace/patio, a new grill pad, and even dug up and rerouted our old, useless drainage pipes to make everything work properly. Exceptional Masonry truly transformed our basement. This basement was an absolute accumulation of significantly serious problems and years of neglect. The company personnel offered complete expertise and a masterful result. The finished project absolutely exceeded all our expectations. The personnel were completely trustworthy. We were always informed regarding cost and project timelines throughout the entire process. They had a strong professional presence. The communication they provided was excellent. Their discussions with us were thorough and meticulous. We knew what to expect, every step of the way. The basement had mold, water retention and damage, and a failing wall on a partly dirt floor. The company provided mold remediation services. They also conducted extensive testing to determine the causes of basement flooding. They then addressed this with their waterproofing mastery. A wall was removed, an entire floor replaced and a fireplace restored. All the surrounding walls were repaired and painted. There was an ancient laundry set tub that required removal and replacement. And a staircase that necessitated significant repair. My husband and I highly recommend Exceptional Masonry.
