Exterior Innovations LLC

A good friend had seen some of Exterior Innovation's work and recommended Dennis to us for a complete exterior house makeover: siding, roofing, and new gutters. Dennis and his crew lived up to and exceeded our friend's recommendation. Exterior Innovation's quality of work was consistently excellent in all the different stages of the project. And, since we were new to the exterior house makeover experience, Dennis and the crew were always willing to answer our questions and explain in a way that we could understand which was a huge plus. Dennis and his crew were always willing to offer helpful suggestions. Just two examples of this were Eli suggesting a way to make our gutters drain away from the house more efficiently, solving a problem we had had for years, and also suggesting a better way to route the gutters thus eliminating a problem spot. There were other little details they did that just made the house better because they wanted it done right. Dennis had the project well organized. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. They made good progress every day, and they always cleaned up at the end of each day. At the end of the project, our transformed exterior was left neat, clean, and much improved. Dennis and everyone involved in our project were just lovely people to work with: professional, hardworking, with great attention to detail, helpful, and friendly. We can unreservedly recommend Dennis and the crew at Exterior Innovations.

We couldn’t be happier with our new deck. Dennis and the Exterior Innovations crew recently updated our 28-year-old pressure-treated deck by replacing the old wood with Trex decking, wrapping the posts and railings in vinyl, and topping the posts with solar lighting. The solar caps look really nice lit up at night, and we’re so happy with them! Dennis is a genuinely nice guy, very trustworthy, and sticks by his word. Throughout the project, he kept lines of communication open and easy. His crew was great as well: polite, skilled, and very respectful of our property while they worked. The quality of their work speaks for itself. If you need deck work done, we definitely recommend Dennis and the Exterior Innovations team.

I highly recommend them. They were very professional and reliable. Dennis and his crew did an amazing job fixing my porch and front door.

Dennis and his crew renovated my front porch, and I'm so happy with it! The whole experience, from first contact to the final cleaning and polish, was exceptional. When I walk on my new porch, it couldn't feel any more solid. The new Tuscan columns look fantastic, as do the new floorboards and stairs. The new storm door is perfect. It's clear Dennis and his crew are very skilled, hard-working guys with great attention to detail and much pride in their work - exactly what you want in a contractor. Thank you, Exterior Innovations!

Absolutely glad we went with Exterior Innovations! We have a historical home, 1790 and the siding was over 100 years old. From start to finish Dennis was amazing, very responsive, providing samples of the materials, and never pushy. Arguably the most professional contractor I have dealt with, and I have taken on many projects over my years as a homeowner. His contract had everything laid out, costs were fair with detailed invoices provided along the way. Once the project was locked in everything rolled like clockwork, material and dumpster delivered, staging and then the siding began. Dennis’ team has tremendous skill (and I have seen many) — they were on time each day, 100% work focused, zero cutting corners, and attention to every detail with some of the finest carpentry I have seen. This age of a house has its issues, and after Dennis consulted me, they carefully addressed each with amazing result. From start to finish under two weeks. At the very top of Rhode Island's best!!
