Huge transformation before and after! The guys from Extreme Paving did the job on time, for the agreed price, thoroughly and well and, if one can say this about pavement, really beautifully, and with a smile.
I had my parking lot sealed by this company in mid-October 2025. About two weeks after the job was completed, I noticed the seal coating was already peeling in many areas. Concerned, I contacted both the company and the contractor on October 27th. They came out to inspect the lot and assured me they would fix the issue once the weather became warmer the following year. As months passed, the condition only got worse. More peeling and chipping appeared, and most of the parking lot faded to the point that it barely looked sealed at all. I contacted the company again, and the owner personally came to inspect the property. She promised she would handle the situation and call me back with a scheduled date to redo the work. Unfortunately, I never received a call back. I reached out multiple more times. Each time I was told they were “very busy,” which I understood, but I asked for at least a scheduled date for the repair. Again, I was promised a callback that never happened. This week, I tried contacting them again to schedule the work, but no one answered or returned my messages. I am extremely disappointed with both the poor quality of the work and the customer service afterward. This was a $3,000 job, and after months of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I feel I have no choice but to leave an honest negative review.
