That 2024 customer said the installers were careful to clean everything up afterward. The company lists a service area that includes Hartford, Enfield, Glastonbury, Middletown and Windsor. A 2023 customer said a technician named Zach was on time for a furnace service. A 2022 Reddit commenter wrote that "Fahrenheit Mechanical is always a good bet!" A 2026 customer said the company charged $1,400 to repair a leak by pumping R-22 into an old system without fixing the hole, and the refrigerant leaked out within weeks. That 2026 customer said the company then tried to charge another $125 to say the system was old. A 2024 customer said a service call to test an electric heat pump system lasted over 4 hours, only to tell them nothing, and the promised follow-up call never came.

Avoid this company. They charged me $1,400 to 'repair' a leak by simply pumping R-22 into an old system without actually fixing the hole. Unsurprisingly, the refrigerant leaked out within weeks. Not only is this environmentally irresponsible, but it’s a total rip-off. When I called for a resolution, they tried to charge me another $125 just to tell me the system is old. They knew that $1,400 was going to be wasted and didn't care. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Their employees don’t use blinkers on main roads.
Had a service call to test out my electrical heat pump system. The guys stayed here over 4 hours, only to tell me nothing. They said there would be a follow up call and no one ever called. I paid the bill and never heard anything. Very disappointed.
My house is total electric and had electric baseboard heating and window air-conditioning. Earlier this year I had Fahrenheit install a mini-split system, heat and air. Just got my November bill from Eversource and in their comparison from last year and this, I used 45.5% less electric this year!!! WOW. I am on a fixed income, so for me this is huge. The team that installed was extremely professional and knew what they were doing. When the install was done they were careful to clean everything up and except for the new units, you would not know any work had been done. Extremely pleased and feel this job is well worth the money.
We recently had our furnace serviced and Fahrenheit did a great job! Our technician was Zach. He was on time and we were very happy with his work. Thank you Fahrenheit. We would highly recommend.
