A customer whose boiler started leaking on a weekend said Hi-TECH came out early the next morning and replaced it with a Navien on-demand water heater. Hi-TECH Mechanical Services describes itself on its website as a West Hartford based, family-owned HVAC-R company offering maintenance, installation and upgrades for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. A recent customer had a whole HVAC system replaced and said the job was done in a day. One recent customer said owner Igor and his team installed a new AC system despite very limited space in the attic. A 2025 customer said Igor and his team removed two old furnace and AC units, replaced the coil, furnace and condenser, and rebuilt the ductwork in a tight utility room. A 2025 reviewer whose 18-year-old AC had a moldy air handler said Igor scheduled the install within a week, and a team of four finished it within a day. A 2024 customer said they came out the same day on a hot day and diagnosed and fixed the AC, which needed a spare part and a thorough cleaning. A 2024 reviewer replacing a gas boiler over 50 years old said Igor's estimate was $3,000 to $3,500 cheaper than earlier estimates, and that he provided rebates through Energize CT. In a 2023 review, a customer whose house was struck by lightning said Hi-TECH's price was $8,000 less than another firm's for the same solution. That 2023 customer said the new unit was delivered the morning after the contract was signed, the crew came later that week at 3:15pm, and by 10:30pm that night they were showing the family how to use the new thermostats.

Had the whole hvac system replaced. HI-Tech came in assessed my needs and gave me some good recommendations for what would work well for my house. They did the job in a day, their attention to detail is phenomenal. They did some things I didn’t even ask for. The quality of installation is top notch. After the job was done they left the place cleaner than it was before. I would highly recommend HI-TECH Mechanical for any of your hvac needs.
My boiler started to leak on a weekend. I called Hi-Tech and was surprise that they were able to come early next morning and replaced my 12 years boiler with on-demand water heater by Navien. I love this heater. It's very efficient and take much less space, than the older one. Igor and his crew were in and out in no time, discarded my old boiler leaving the place very clean. I highly recommend Hi+Tech Mechanical.
Had a great experience working with Igor and his guys. Pricing was competitive, worked with care, quality, and professionalism.
I highly recommend Hi-TECH Mechanical Services LLC. The owner, Igor, and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. They installed my brand-new AC system in a very short time, despite the challenging conditions and very limited space in my attic. Their workmanship was excellent, and they’ll paid close attention to every detail. They were reliable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Hi-TECH Mechanical Services LLC to anyone looking for high-quality HVAC installation and outstanding customer service.
