Outstanding Experience with Fairfield Pool – Professional, Reliable, and Truly Exceptional! Our experience with Fairfield Pool has been amazing from start to finish! From sales to installation and final setup, they have an outstanding team that genuinely cares about delivering the best possible result. One thing I particularly appreciate about Fairfield Pool is that they focus on what they do best and connect you with the right professionals for everything else. They don't obtain the permits for you, but they provide every single document you need to complete the permitting process. For electrical work, they connected us with Mike O'Connell, and for gas work, Ray Lada. Both were excellent. Rather than trying to handle everything themselves, Fairfield Pool makes sure each part of the project is completed by people who specialize in that work. I think this is a very smart approach. For landscaping and patio installation, you have plenty of choices. My biggest recommendation is to hire a reliable local landscaping contractor who is committed to your project and can stick to the schedule. This makes a tremendous difference in how quickly the entire project comes together. And speaking of schedules, when Fairfield Pool gives you a date, they show up exactly when promised! Their installation crew is incredibly professional, efficient, and experienced. I especially want to recognize Tommy, the installation team leader. He is absolutely exceptional! He takes the time to understand what you want and works with you to achieve it. But my advice? Trust Tommy's recommendations! He has an incredible eye for detail and knows how to optimize the installation for the best possible outcome. We followed every suggestion he made, and we don't regret a single decision. Tommy genuinely cares about the final result and consistently goes above and beyond. Having someone with that level of expertise and dedication makes all the difference. The office team is equally impressive. They are responsive, organized, and quick to provide whatever information or documentation you need. Once the electrical and gas work is completed, Fairfield Pool returns to start up the pool, walk you through the equipment, and teach you how to operate and maintain everything. They say they can install a pool in one week, and I can confirm that this is REAL! Their efficiency is remarkable. If you also have a professional landscaping team that shows up on time and coordinates well with the installation, the entire project can come together amazingly fast. Finally, I'm extremely happy we chose a fiberglass pool. In my opinion, fiberglass is clearly superior to other options when considering the overall combination of cost, quality, maintenance requirements, energy efficiency, and long-term ownership experience. Overall, I cannot recommend Fairfield Pool highly enough. They deliver on their promises, respect your time, employ outstanding professionals, and genuinely care about the quality of their work. Fairfield Pool has proven to have been a terrific choice for our pool construction. From our very early (and multiple (!)) planning meetings with Mike, to the actual pool construction meticulously performed by Tom and crew, to the pool opening handled by Joe/Yeudi, to post-construction items managed by Jeremy, the experience was positive. My husband and I were looking for a fiberglass pool option - both for ease of construction and future maintenance - and Fairfield Pool was the perfect choice. From the early experience of discussing the pools available and equipment options to the construction phase, to the opening and management, we received terrific support and service. As with all such major projects, issues came up along the way and Fairfield Pool personnel were very helpful in addressing and resolving. We have been enjoying our pool now for several months. We cannot say enough about how wonderful Fairfield Pool and specifically Jeremy Blum was to work with when we needed to replace our pool liner. Jeremy was amazing in helping us to get our liner replaced in a time crunch. He was so professional and courteous, as well as being kind and compassionate. The men came at exactly the time they said they were going to and finished right on time. They explained everything that was happening as they did it and left the area immaculate! They were very professional. Fairfield Pool has been amazing to work with these last 14 years and we look forward to another fabulous 14! I am a proud owner of a 35 foot by 14.5 foot Pinnacle pool for a few years now. My favorite part of the pool is the shallow end sun deck where we lounge out with pool chairs and the young kids swim. The deck in the shallow end reminds me of the kiddy section of my neighborhood pool I swam in as a kid. The benches in the deep end, and the pool lights are great also. I would never go back to traditional pool liners, or a pool without a sun deck in the shallow end. Love my pinnacle pool, and the Fairfield Pool team were great installing my pool and helping with the annual maintenance. Fairfield Pool installed my pool over 20 years ago and has replaced my liner. The quality and timely manner of both install and liner replacement is exceptional Jermey Mike and Joe are the best.
