I really did my research on finding a good tile floor installer for my bathroom floor. Decided to give William a call from Family Flooring and tile. Wow, am I glad I hired William!! From just our first conversation we had I knew this was going to go great!! From setting up a meeting for an estimate, which was scheduled for the next day, to getting an actual estimate was seamless! Meeting William for the first time and showing the work we needed done, I knew this was the guy!! William gave a detailed estimate with everything spelled out and time he needed to complete the work. The estimate he gave was very reasonable and with talking to William, hired him immediately. William was a pleasure to deal with and a pleasure to have working in my home.He was also very cautious on protecting the entrance to the house and protecting the room he was doing his work in. I was pretty confident that his work would be beautiful just by the way he explains the work to be done and his whole process. Turns out I was RIGHT!!!! Wow what a professional!! We picked a checkered black and white porcelain tile that we really loved and installed it on a 45 degree angle. He NAILED IT!!! What a great job!! William is extremely neat and detailed and I would say a perfectionist!!!! Thank you William!!! Sooooo glad I went with Family Flooring and tile!!

William Bergeron did a FANTASTIC job installing new tile walls and floor in our bathroom. I had started the job and quickly realized I was above my head. He came out, tore out what I started, added additional waterproofing (for his own peace of mind) and completed the job on time, at the agreed price and to PERFECTION!
