Ferreira Cleanouts / Junk Removal

Email Ferreira Cleanouts on a Saturday and there is a fair chance the truck is in your driveway Sunday. One customer emailed on a Saturday and says Rick called back within minutes and the crew came the next day; another reached out mid-afternoon and had the yard waste gone by 6 PM the same day; a third called on a Sunday morning and had the stuff out of the house about an hour later. Speed is what people write about. It is a junk removal and cleanout business out of Peabody, family-run and, by its own account, owned and operated by two brothers. Rick and Nick Ferreira are named in review after review as the pair doing the work. The company lists a North Shore service area: Salem, Danvers, Beverly, Swampscott, Lynn, Marblehead, Peabody, Nahant, Lynnfield, Saugus, Revere, Middleton, North Reading, Boxford and Topsfield. Its site is also clear that this is cleanouts and hauling, not a moving company. The jobs customers describe are the ordinary heavy ones: a garage quoted and emptied the same day and swept before the crew left, a barn holding twelve years of dropped-off junk, a storage unit cleared before the month turned over, a washer and dryer that needed a door taken off and put back up, an old dishwasher, a rusty metal fence hauled out while a new fence was going in. A June 2026 customer emptying a condo after their parents died called the crew professional, compassionate and respectful. On Google the company holds 5 stars across 195 ratings, and price is the thing reviewers raise next after speed. One called Ferreira by far the most reasonably priced of the services that answered his request; another said the job came in under budget. Sweeping up afterwards keeps coming back too — a customer in May 2026 said they swept the garage floor without being asked. If you have a cleanout with a deadline behind it — a closing, a storage unit, a family house to empty — this is the kind of small outfit built for it. Get the quote in writing with what it covers if the load turns out bigger than it looked, confirm they carry insurance for work inside the house, and say up front if you want usable things donated: one customer wrote that they make donations where possible.
