Fiorilla Heating Oil delivers heating oil out of Bethel. A 2026 customer whose regular supplier refused a delivery ahead of an expected snowstorm called Fiorilla in Bethel, was told a delivery could come by Saturday, and said they showed up Friday morning; that customer also called the driver pleasant and friendly. Its stated service area includes Bethel, Brookfield, Danbury, New Milford, Newtown, Ridgefield and Wilton, and its BBB grade is A+. A recent customer of seven years thanks Tony and the team and says online ordering is quick and easy. A 2023 customer said they had run out of heating oil with a storm coming, called seven companies, and Fiorilla arrived within 45 minutes to deliver the oil. A 2024 customer who had lived in the same house for 40 years said Fiorilla worked with them through personal hardships over the previous couple of years, and thanked Tony, Jim and the ladies in the office. Automatic delivery is where a 2025 customer had trouble. That customer said that every winter on automatic delivery there was at least one time the company did not schedule properly, their system ran dry and went into lockout, and the company had no answer when asked why that year's deliveries were set more than a month apart when the prior year's were less than a month apart. The same 2025 customer said the company was good in a pinch and would get them on the schedule that day if they had no oil.
We have been with them for 7 years. Tony and the team at Fiorilla have NEVER let us down! Their online ordering is quick and easy, their customer service is great. This is a company that does the right thing, and goes the extra mile... 100% recommend them!
We needed an oil delivery from our local & long standing delivery service and was refused due to expected snow storm and wanted an additional $150 for delivery. We called Florilla’s Oil in Bethel and was told they can have an delivery by Saturday, however to our surprise they showed up Friday morning! Now that’s pure customer satisfaction and the driver was pleasant & friendly as well. Florilla’s Oil is #1 on our list, not the others who requires a minimum or a contract. While they have good prices, and are good in a pinch. I highly recommend not using them for automatic delivery. They are unreliable. Each year that we have been on automatic delivery, they have not managed it well. Every winter with them we have had at least one circumstance where they did not schedule properly and our system ran dry and went into lockout. When asked specifically why if last year’s dates of delivery were less than a month apart, this year’s dates would be scheduled at more than a month, they had no answer. Though they will get you on the schedule that day if you have no oil, it doesn’t solve the problem they created of not having any heat.
I have lived in my house for 40 years and have had several oil companies, but I have to say I have never had a better oil company than Fiorilla. They truely care about their customers and treat us like we are members of their family. I have had some personal hardships over the past couple of years and Fiorilla HeatingOil has worked with me like no other company I have ever had.If you want a company that really cares about their customers you must have Fiorilla.
