First Look Home Inspection

This is the second time we have had Brennen Swanson perform a home inspection for us in our journey in purchasing a home in Eastern Massachusetts. Again his services were exemplary. The home was advertised as being meticulously maintained and indeed appeared so in our first walkthrough. We called Brennen for a standard inspection and he uncovered significant issues that, had we not known, could have resulted in substantial downstream costs. In fact, I would recommend his inspection services for diligent homeowners who want to uncover and address latent issues before they grow into major problems as a part of periodic preventative maintenance.
