Revise Inc. runs out of Haverhill and works as a Mass Save and NH Saves partner, starting most jobs with a no-cost home energy assessment and following it with insulation and air sealing, heating and cooling, electrical and plumbing work. The company says it was founded in 2016 to make efficiency upgrades affordable, and it lists town partnership programmes in Brockton, Everett, Ipswich, Lynn, Sharon and Swampscott alongside its New Hampshire coverage. The review record is both deep and current — 4.7 stars across 994 Google ratings, with nearly two hundred reviews in the last six months. Two things come up again and again. The first is the assessment and sales visit: homeowners describe reps walking them through options and pricing without pressure, including one this month who compared multiple contractors while electrifying their home and found Revise the most helpful. The second is the installation crews, named individually over and over, arriving on time, explaining the work as they go, finishing early and cleaning up. One customer had holiday-day work covering vapour barriers, insulation and new bathroom venting, with photographs of everything done supplied afterwards. Another had a heat pump technician on site within about an hour of calling, and a third had a same-day air conditioning fix on the hottest day of the year. The service side extends past the Mass Save work: reviewers describe emergency HVAC diagnosis, mini-split installation following an assessment, and oil-to-heat-pump conversions completed in a single day. Where it goes wrong, it goes wrong on dust and site protection. A June reviewer came home from a twelve-hour shift to find cabinets, drawers and everything in the room coated in insulation dust with nothing covered. Another reported broken sheetrock around the attic access, describing the lead worker as excellent but the helper as needing more attention to detail. A third said the job started badly before a second crew put it right. If you book insulation work, agree in advance who masks and covers rooms, and ask for the same crew continuity that the strongest reviews describe.

We are in the process of electrifying our home and have gotten estimates from multiple contractors. Bruce was the most helpful and professional. After reviewing our options with him, we're excited to work on our home updates with the team at Revise.
