Revise Inc. is a Haverhill, Massachusetts home energy company that installs and services heat pumps, ductless mini-splits and other HVAC systems. Its website also lists insulation and air sealing work and names it a Mass Save program partner. The company says it was founded in 2016. Its HVAC licence, held by Joseph A DiPietro, is active on the state registry. In a recent five-room mini-split install, the work happened in under three weeks once the customer agreed to move forward and took only 1.5 days; the install team is also taking the lead in organizing the rebate process with the town. Mike and Albert installed four Bryant mini-splits for another customer, and Dan from Revise helped secure a 0% interest loan from Eastern Bank. When an air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day yet, Anthony came out the same day and had the air working in under 45 minutes. At a 200-year-old farmhouse, Lewis, Tyler and Dylan spent two days on insulation work from the basement to the third-story attic, blowing it into the walls from outside and adding ventilation in both attics. A Mass Save project covered insulation in the attic, basement and outside walls, plus weather stripping and sweeps on exterior doors. A Reddit commenter who used Revise through Mass Save for insulation said spray foam got all over expensive items in the basement and the cellar door no longer shuts properly. Another Reddit commenter said an install went through over a year of troubleshooting until the plastic lines were replaced with copper. A recent 3-star Google review said everything in a room was covered in dusty insulation and the patch work on the wall holes was horrible. A recent 1-star review said less was done than agreed and more was charged; the reviewer had a manager come out to inspect the work, which was called unacceptable, and had the crew come back. In a 2026 review, a customer said a mini-split system's lines were run completely wrong, leading to a refrigerant leak; in an edit to that 2026 review, the customer said they were still having issues with the install, with a new problem every month, and could not recommend the company for mini splits. In a 2024 review, a customer who paid $23k for a heat pump system said a leak kept it from being used even for one day.
