A missed roofing job and unanswered calls feature in Florence Roofing’s newer Google reviews. In January 2026, a customer said they had accepted Phil’s quote for their home and garage the previous spring, but he never arrived during the promised summer or the fall. They also reported three winter calls without a return call. A June 2025 reviewer separately described repeated unanswered messages. The Hatfield roofer also has customers who praised its work. In July 2023, a property manager said they called on Florence Roofing often for flat roofs and shingled systems, praising the work and pricing. An October 2018 customer praised the work and described the people as nice and professional; a December 2025 reviewer offered a brief recommendation. Google lists a 3.9-star average from seven ratings, and the Better Business Bureau gives the company an A+ grade.
