Earlier in 2026 the accounts run the same way: a March 2026 reviewer had a 75-gallon gas water heater replaced after arranging the job by text and sharing photos of the work area so the estimate was accurate; a March 2026 customer with no heat early on a Saturday morning had him there within an hour and the heat back on in less than an hour after a circulation pump replacement; and in a February 2026 review he arrived 10min after a call about a flooded basement, set up a wet vac, and came back the next day with a new water heater. Older reviews add range. A December 2025 reviewer described him driving more than an hour from his last job to fix a parents' tank leak and shower faucet the week before Christmas. In an April 2023 review he rebuilt 13 shutoff valves in a condo and installed a new kitchen faucet. Petros was a superstar when we had an emergency with a dead water heater. He replaced and hauled way the next day(a Sunday) and the work was done professionally and at a fair price. Plumbing Hall of Fame!!

Friendly, amazingly knowledgeable and was at my home within an hour of calling him because of a no heat issue early on a Saturday morning. Diagnosed the issue immediately and had the replacement parts in his truck. Heat was back on in less than an hour (circulation pump replacement). Highly recommended.
