Its Massachusetts HVAC and sheet metal license (644-SM-B) is active, and according to its Better Business Bureau profile the company has operated for 24 years and carries an A+ grade there. Most of what's on record about Cullen Mechanical has nothing to do with mechanical work — it's about how its trucks and employees behave off the job site. Google reviewers in August 2026, March 2026, September 2025, and August 2025 each described a company vehicle driving aggressively on the highway: tailgating, swerving between lanes, cutting across traffic. One August 2025 review described being tailgated for five miles at highway speed while driving to visit a hospitalized spouse. A May 2025 review said an employee falsely told a building's residents that management had approved smoking near people on oxygen. Separately, the company's BBB page describes social media comments in which the company said a woman deserved to be shot in the face by a security guard, alongside the same driving and smoking complaints.
