In an October 2026 Google review of Foley's Pump Service, a customer says Anthony and Alex came after hours when their sump pump stopped, stayed for hours in the dark to fix it, and told the customer to call them directly if anything went wrong overnight. A July 2026 customer of ten years says that with no power in the basement, the company called after hours and walked them through a workaround for the sump pump. The Danbury company, per its BBB profile, provides water and septic pump services, including well pumps, filtration systems, sump pumps and pressure tanks; its website advertises 24/7 emergency service and lists a service area running from Fairfield and Litchfield to Rye, Somers and Danbury. It holds 3.8 stars from 76 Google ratings and an A+ BBB grade. In an August 2023 review, workers replaced the water line from the well to the house, digging a 3.6-foot trench across an asphalt driveway in two days and reseeding the lawn. A June 2023 customer with a pinhole in the well supply line had two technicians, Connor and Chris, at the house by 8:30 the next morning. A June 2026 one-star review says the company misses appointments, recommended something expensive that turned out not to be needed, and cracked a stair step. In a September 2025 review, a customer of over eight years describes repeated rescheduling and says the company will no longer service the system it installed after a canceled appointment. A March 2025 customer with copper in the water describes weeks of waiting and missed visits and says they were charged in full for a visit that did not solve the problem. In an October 2023 review, a customer quoted $2,500 for a septic pump says another company found an electrical problem and fixed it for under $500. A November 2021 customer paid $2,700 for a bigger pressure tank and says the water pressure did not change. The Connecticut registry shows the plumber licence PLM.0283606-J1, held by Foley's Pump Service, as inactive due to non-renewal.
