An August 2026 Google review calls the pool well maintained and says the outdoor space is maintained daily and kept clean. A 2024 review describes it as a public pool for Salem residents, with a separate kids' wading pool and a splash pad. Another visitor, writing in 2024, arrived and could not go in because entry was for Salem residents only. In a 2022 review, a Swampscott family said they were rejected at the desk.

Beautiful facility with a great space. The pool is well maintained. The outdoor space is maintained daily and kept clean. A great location to enjoy views of the ocean and a fun stroll.

I must’ve picked the wrong parking app to pay for parking because not only did it not work but I immediately received a fraud alert from my credit union. The fraudulent party was trying to charge $49.99. So be careful. And maybe Salem parking enforcement will find a more secure way to ensure receipt of payment. Otherwise, the park was 5 stars
