I made an emergency call to Fossil Fuel last night (Sunday evening). I panicked because my water heater was leaking quite a bit. The Tech was here within 25 minutes. He stated that he could tell by my voice that I was really worried. I needed tank replaced. He informed the office and I received a call from Fossil early Monday morning. The techs arrived at my house and had the tank replaced..all in less than 3 hrs.! It makes it more amazing that there is a north-easter predicted for Tues and they still fit me in! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 Renate Braintree

Let me attest to the fact this is the most rudest and unprofessional customer service oil company I have ever dealt with. My experience today is for me to request the technician to prime my oil tank. When the technician came and I was almost home. However, he waited about 20 mins and he did not tell me anything about late evening fee will be applied. About 1week after, I found out the charges and called the customer service. She kinda explained everything since he waited for me and the time was after 4pm. I have to responsible for the charge. Honestly I did not really satisfy with the charge and she hung up my phone harshly, which was unacceptable. I called again nicely and other staff told me the same thing. The charge already been made and no negotiation. They will close my account due to my unhappy service. And I told them i will call back if i want to do so. After 10 min, they emailed me my account is terminated without my permission, which is ridiculous and horrible customer service that i had ever received. They hung up my phone 2 times. If you are looking for nice and professional customer service, please do not consider them. I will take my business where I am treated with dignity and respect. If you are looking for that do not order from Fossil Fuel
