Several customers describe long-running relationships: one homeowner said a technician named Brett has serviced their home for more than a year and kept them updated on findings, and another switched to Fox after a different company failed to solve a mouse problem for a full year and has been mouse-free since. Reviews also describe successful work on ticks, carpenter ants, wasp and hornet nests, and a beehive removed from a propane tank. A recurring complaint runs through several independent accounts, though.
