In December 2025, a Holden couple described Bill Sullivan coming on a Sunday to treat mice. They said he filled holes and placed bait and traps from basement to attic, worked on the drop ceilings and added outside stations. The couple reported that mice and droppings were no longer present afterward. Another December customer, in Worcester, said Bill treated a severe mouse problem, explained what he was doing and quickly quoted a reasonable cost over the phone. A January 2026 customer said Sully came the same day for a mouse issue, treated the house from basement to attic and left them with no more mice at a reasonable price. A February 2026 reviewer in Holden said mice were gone after one visit following a switch from another company. That reviewer also described a $50 switching discount. Another February reviewer said Bill came the next day after a request for an estimate and did thorough work. Two customers posted one-star complaints on January 9, 2026.
