The work described across three-plus years of reviews spans the full range of a Cape Cod remodeler's book — additions, decks, whole-kitchen and whole-bath renovations, window and door replacements, and multi-room projects that touch electrical and plumbing along the way. Thirty-three Google reviews from 2023 through this year are five stars without exception, and the same specifics keep showing up: jobs finished on time and on budget, crews described as clean and professional, and more than a few customers who came back for a second or third project. One recent review described Gabriel taking down storm damage from an ice dam on short notice and getting it handled without drama; a 2024 review described a full first-floor renovation that included removing an old fireplace and chimney and reworking the original framing; and a 2023 review recalled him navigating a deck replacement that turned into multiple town hall appeals, attending the meetings himself. The one thing worth checking before signing anything: the state registry shows his Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (HIC 192964) as expired, even though the same number appears on his own website. His construction supervisor license (CS-112592) is also only self-reported there and wasn't independently verified. Neither shows up as a problem in any of the reviews, but confirming current licensing status directly is worth doing before a contract is signed. For a full kitchen or bathroom remodel, an addition, or a deck rebuild on the Cape, Gabriel has a long, consistent run of happy repeat customers behind him — just get his licensing squared away first.
