Usarov Home Renovations has done excellent work at our condominium complex, from dealing with rotting shingling to gutter replacement to partial roof replacements. He's an excellent communicator, really good at explaining what needs to be done and why, and keeping us informed of progress or changes to plans.

In July 2024 I purchased a home close to water and wanted to renovate the entire house. I was on a search for contractors and had a few come out to give me quotes and ideas for the project. This would be structural with adding dormers to the smallest details of adding a shell knocker to new front door. We renovated the entire house to removing walls and adding walls, new doors, new bathrooms, new staircase, kitchen, shiplap, new hardwood floors etc. This was a large scale 6 figure project. A friend of ours recommended Sanjar to us. We had him come out to look and give us quotes. This project went in stages and took about 8 months. I had a vision for my interior design and needed someone to hear and see my vision. We chose Sanjar and his team. From the start Sanjar new my choices were important to me and he did not question most of them..lol. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are the best. He visited Stonewood Products to be sure my selections would work. I put high end finishes and furniture in this home and Sanjar made sure everything was taken care of to having people take off their shoes when the floors went in. He answered every call and text even when I repeatedly asked 1000 questions. I have renovated several homes and Sanjar has been the best contractor to work with. I never worried about him having keys to my home. We are now in the process of starting another project that he will do as well. I would highly recommend Sanjar for any project big or small. If detail and pride in work are important to you, I highly recommend Sanjar.

Sanjar replaced 12 windows, and completely re-shingled my Cape cottage. He contacted me throughout the process when any issues came up and offered very helpful and cost effective solutions. All work was very professional, done in a timely manner, and within his estimate. Sanjar is courteous, on time, hardworking, and respectful. The job was done beyond my expectations. A pleasure to work with.

We are very pleased with our new deck constructed by Usarov Home Renovations! Sanjarber was great to work with from start to finish, keeping us in the loop and sending pictures since we weren’t in town for the construction. The deck turned out so well and we’ve been enjoying it all day long!
