Kyle was punctual and informed as well as polite and friendly for my initial appointment. When Landon came by to be sure the plan would be exactly what I needed I felt even more confident about my choice. The price was competitive but more importantly the people were great. Alex joined Landon on installation day. They managed some problems promptly and professionally where they could have handled the issues they inherited with blame and delay. The heat pump was installed despite the weather in the day promised. Actually they were wonderful. Landon ran me through the interior features and they both made sure to teach me how to manage the outdoor component. I could seriously not be happier. Fast, tidy, professional, and kind. Thanks to the whole team!

Gammon scheduled us quickly, were great with communication, reasonable, and friendly. They identified and cleared up an issue that was under warranty and that we hadn’t even known about. Will definitely call again.

I don’t want give a low star but I do want to share my experience. The sales person was delightful and how extremely helpful but the reality was we needed AC ASAP, Which team was able to organize and get set pretty quick the downside is our condo association had a few of these machines in stock and were $8000 less than the quote so we got a quote for less than 10 grand in your quote was 18,000. When it came to doing the job we had to cancel given the difference in price and the condo association was more than happy to do it. The additional information you need Need To to know is The system was not it’s original as thought it was actually newly replaced in 2021 so we were being told to replace it since it’s so old a.k.a. original. The good news is we did get it replaced on the same day that Saved our self $14,000 because it ended up just being the piece in the wall which cost us less than $4000. It makes me weary because we would’ve paid all that money for nothing and it’s kind of disturbing. Like I said customer service was great you were Johnny on the spot to be able to do it but wasting 14,000 Seems extremely excessive and the average person would never have picked up on that Now fast forward to September 24. My credit card was charged $8675.63 I have been calling for a month now to get the amount credited back since within a few hours this was canceled nothing was ever ordered and they never did the job. Today I received another bill totaling $17,351.27 for a job that they’ve never ordered apart or didn’t any work. In my opinion this is now becoming Fraud. In all my calls over the month, I only reached one person who stated they had to right to hold onto my money for 30 days( I’m sure that that’s a legal question) Despite my calls including tonight to the owner Bruce I have never received a call back back nor has my credit card been credited for work never done. I did call the Better Business Bureau who has them rated as a B minus due to a similar circumstance. I’m looking for 100% resolution as this is unprofessional and looking more like scamming.

Great technicians and extremely responsive office staff. My new system is working great and I will definitely continue to use Gammon's!!
