I've worked with Tyler quite a few times and have always had a wonderful experience. Him & his team have always been respectful and professional. Any emergency I've had he's taken action quickly to get over to fix it. Recently closed on a house but wasn't able to until we had a water system put in. Tyler was out for a few days having surgery but knew the urgency of the deal and came out anyways! 10/10 recommend, Especially as a women, having someone honest, safe, and kind hearted. I recommend him to everyone for all plumbing needs!
Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I was referred to this plumber by a heating company I’ve done business with for years. I own five properties between Rumford and Augusta, and I regularly hire professionals and give good reviews when they deserve them. When I called, I was sick and had nearly lost my voice. I also have an accent, but I knew exactly what I was talking about. He kept saying he couldn’t understand me, and the way he spoke made me feel like he was judging me because of my accent and background. Honestly, his attitude felt discriminatory. He told me he would call me back in a minute, but he never did. I believe everyone deserves respect, regardless of their accent, nationality, or background. I was simply calling to hire someone for plumbing work, and I expected to be treated professionally. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend his service based on how I was treated.
I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. The team that came out to replace my electric hot water heater did an outstanding job. They were professional, efficient, and very clean throughout the entire installation. Jon was very knowledgable and answered any questions I had. Everything was done properly, and they left the area spotless when they were finished. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality plumbing work!
I've been using Garand Plumbing for nearly a year now, and have to say they are EXCELLENT! They are polite, hard working, knowledgeable, and responsive. The owner, Tyler, is very down to earth. I couldn't imagine a better company to work with, and for what its worth - I've been dealing with contractors of all types for decades, so I have a pretty good feel for what's what.
These guys are the best. They came in much less on a huge job than the bigger heating companies. They worked tirelessly to finish the job to get a family their hot water and heat restored. Constant professionals, reliable and fair priced. I would 100% recommend Garand Plumbing and Heating.
