Excellent Service! I called because we had a nice big wasp nest that appeared under our front deck right at the main entry door to our house. Our deck is enclosed with lattice and large shrubs limiting access to the underneath. I emptied a can of wasp killer into the nest from above and it did nothing to deter them. We had to stop using our front door completely and also worried about deliveries etc. Garfield was out the day after I called even though we had left for vaca, the tech was able to discuss the issues they found over the phone, and they were able to kill the big one and several others. I came home to a usable front door and they did a nice job cleaning up various areas where I had left dead nests and cob webs. I am highly impressed and would not hesitate to call in the future.

It's quite possible that he's even more dedicated to eliminating pests from your home than you are as the homeowner. Additionally, Garfield's prices seemed very reasonable, Rich was a good communicator, and everything was explained thoroughly. I have no reason to look elsewhere if I have another pest issue. Let's hope the treatment works!
