Wish I could comment on Gary's work as a plumber but I wasn't even able to get that far. I called for an issue with my toilet not flushing and a woman answered the phone who said she needed to talk to Gary to find when he could get here and would call me back. She never called me back. I called later that day and Gary answered the phone and scheduled for tomorrow morning. He showed up on time that next morning and was personable. He took a look at the situation and said he'd schedule time for next week to come out and put a camera down my line. Sure enough, Monday came and I never heard from them. I waited a day, and called them on Tuesday to follow up. The same woman answered the phone and when I inquired about getting Gary here to put a camera down the line I got the same "let me call him and see when he can make it out and I'll call you back". Once again, I never got a call back. I have a 1 bathroom house and a toilet that doesn't flush. I don't have time to chase down a plumber so I stopped trying and got someone else here. He must be an amazing plumber if he's making so much money that he doesn't want mine. Two stars instead of one because when I could get him to show up he was personable.
Gary Franco‘s plumbing was excellent. They came out on Memorial Day weekend, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced our leaking toilet without any hassle. Professional, responsive and punctual-especially impressive considering it was a holiday weekend. Highly recommend for fast and reliable plumbing service.
Terrible experience. Called regarding my concern and I was met with rudeness and condescension. I will be going elsewhere next time.
Liars and cheaters. Did some warranty work, overcharged us and had us pay for something that was replaced under warranty that was supposed to be free, per manufacturer and warranty. They even reused all the old parts from defective unit when they put in new unit. I would look elsewhere.
Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are for Gary Franco and his team. On my drive home from work on a Friday night—right before one of the coldest nights we’ve had in years—I got a call from my wife saying our heat had gone out. I immediately pulled up Google and started calling every company advertising emergency service. After leaving message after message, I finally reached a company that wasn’t familiar with my equipment but highly recommended Gary. Feeling pretty discouraged at that point, I called the number—and was relieved to reach an actual person who listened with empathy, gathered the details, and relayed everything to Gary. Despite being at a family game, Gary came out that night, diagnosed the issue, and gave us guidance on how to keep our pipes from freezing overnight. Early the next morning, I received an update that the needed part had been found. Within an hour, a team arrived and repaired the system. Given the forecast—temperatures staying below freezing for the next 10 days, 10–20 inches of snow across the region, and nearly 200 million people under a winter storm warning—there could not have been a worse time to lose heat. Gary and his team had never met us before, yet they treated us like family from the moment we called. It goes without saying that we will be customers for life. Thank you again to Gary and his entire team. They have earned our highest recommendations and saved our house.
