These guys were very helpful in diagnosing a separation I was having in my engineered wood flooring. Great local business, happy to have them around.

My husband and I were renovating our main bathroom and chose General Flooring for all our tile needs. We dealt with Bryson who was very accommodating. Unfortunately, the tile we had chosen, wasn’t available in the amount we needed. Bryson informed us and asked that we come back to the store and choose something else. When we arrived, Bryson had displayed for us several patterns he thought we would like in similar designs we originally chosen. We picked one and were delighted we were in and out so quickly. We received all our tile the following Wednesday, and our contractor was ready to proceed with the bathroom tiling. Upon completing most of it, he realized we were short 7 pieces of the bullnose. I called Bryson immediately and informed him of what happened. He got on the phone and within 10 minutes he called me back and told me we would have the missing pieces that afternoon. Sure enough, about two hours later a gentleman dropped them off! We were so pleased; Bryson and his team was very accommodating and made sure our experience was easy to get through. We certainly will tell all our friends to shop General Flooring for their tiling needs!
