Highlights
- Dustless sanding — Houzz card leads with dust-contained refinishing
- Weymouth since 1962 — Houzz and the BBB both give that year
- Small named crew — BBB lists five employees under owner David Burns
Reliable Floor Service has been working hardwood in Weymouth since 1962 — the start year its Houzz card and its Better Business Bureau profile both give. The BBB profile names David Burns as the owner and lists five employees. The trade is floors and nothing else: installation, sanding and finishing, and the Houzz card leads with dustless sanding and refinishing. If you are living in the house while the floors are done, that dustless setup is the part worth asking about. Pin down what the dust containment actually covers, get the number of finish coats and the cure time in writing, and ask for a certificate of insurance and a couple of recent local floors you can go and see.
