Geoffroy's Plumbing and Heating

Recently had a scheduled appointment with Kyle. He didn't show up. When I called to verify the appointment he said that he was "sick." So, I then rescheduled the appointment with a date that was convenient for both of us. Again, he didn't show up or call. I spent the morning and afternoon waiting for him for nothing. He is either totally unreliable or cannot manage his appointments.

Was referred to Geoffroy's Plumbing due to an existing problem with my On-demand heating system. Kyle was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our system (experience) and worked with my supplier Navien to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. In the end, our system is running flawlessly, we were not overcome with expensive bill and we couldn't be happier with the service provided. Safe to say we found a new plumbing service and highly recommend Geoffroy's Plumbing.

WHO DOESNT THINK "blahhhh" " OH NO" $$$$$$$$$. when they get a sink leak !!!! Upside: Quick response back when I called for service and I couldn't ask for someone more courteous and patient. Kyle did a great job trouble shooting the problem and fixed the leak in a flash! And kept everything neat even! No plumbing nightmare story here! I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Kyle for a job well done.
