The owner has a bad attitude, his employee does a sloppy job. Tim Gibbs never responds to texts, emails, phone calls. We had to pay someone else to fix a problem, because Tim never wanted to drive an hour to our house. He knew where we lived before hand, but never refused to come to open our pool. He had us scheduled for closing in the fall, but when i asked hm to confirm the date, he just ignored my messages. He never mentioned that he didn't want to serve Worcester area until we asked him come back and fix the problem his employee created. His employee didn't remove plugs in the bottom of our spa. We even paid him extra for coming back, but he still didn't want to drive an hour to our house to take care of the problems they created when they opened pour pool. Not reliable, not honest or plain lazy.

I highly recommend Gibbs pool service. I found Gibbs in approximately.2023. I lost my husband in 2019, I had very little experience taking care of the pool completely on my own. I used other pool companies and they did nothing but try to charge me for things I really did not need. Gibbs took the time to answer many of my questions and explained a lot to me. He took the time to physically show me the best way to maintain my pool. This year I had to replace the liner. Gibbs replaced the liner and walked me through the whole process. ( with much patience I might add) Gibbs pool service has always been respectful and kind, very professional and efficient. You definitely will not go wrong with Gibb's pool service.

Tim has been taking care of my Mom's pool for years. He's always there in an emergency, he never tries to overcharge or take advantage, and he does great work. I can't recommend him and his company enough. They're kind, friendly and very capable. If you need anything for your pool maintenance or repairs, opening, closing, anything, this is the company to call.

We had called Gibbs to help come rescue what seemed like a broken pump or line for our inground... and Tim not only showed up pretty quick, and in this crazy heat we had that day, but did a thorough job. I mean, not JUST fixed our problem and cleaned out pump, but also made it far more serviceable in the future. It was amazing work, and the service price simply could not be beat. Awesome job! We will be using Gibbs for everything we need from now on. :)
