Hired Gilchrest Construction to finish the inside of our large (15x17) enclosed porch and do major structural support work in our basement. We live in an older house that had been remodeled several times over the years, thus nothing was as it originally should have been. We are VERY happy with the results! Damon stared the job when he said he would, and he finished when he said he would, with no surprises ($) along the way. He is very meticulous about his work and how he leaves the site when he is finished. Workmanship is excellent! Damon and crew are very experienced construction professionals. Will definitely have him doing more work for us in the future.
I can't say enough good things about Damon and his crew. I needed major repairs on my foundation and building structure and Damon made sure every issue was taken care of. He and Kyle were very communicative and worked closely with me, especially when they were leveling the floors, which is a very scary process, since my floors were very out of level. After that project was done he installed a deck that is such high quality that it literally changes the way I spend my time outside - I'll be on the deck much more than my existing patio! Do not hesitate to call Damon. He is responsive and great to work with.
