There is “good,” there is “great,” and there is exceptional. Gary and the entire staff at Giordano are exceptional! When I recently bought a home and found it full of mold during the final walkthrough, I called Giordano. Realizing the urgency, they were there almost immediately and advised me so I could get credit at the closing for the mold remediation, and on to the real work. Again realizing I needed to move in quickly, Gary’s team were there the next day tackling the issue. They applied a multi-technique attack with the utmost of care for my property. Mats on the wood floors, plastic on the carpets, took their shoes off as was customary in my home. They are VERY thorough in their treatment, which included removing the mold with vacuums, cleaning the surfaces with chemicals to kill any remaining, and purifying the air to remove any “baby mold” (spores). I have no doubt I will be breathing clean air! After all is finished, the team repainted with mold resistant paint to ensure a beautiful, lasting finish. You may have a lot of choices when it comes to Restoration services, but Giordano is the only right choice. You’ll be incredibly happy to made that call!!

Summary: They were top-notch professionals, experts in their field who had the unique talent of explaining niche concepts at an easy-to-understand level, helped us do what we could ourselves to save costs, and they genuinely cared about us as people, not just their clients. - Responsible - Reliable - Personable - Expert - Compassionate - Determined - Personalized approach We reached out to Gary and his team when we found out our basement was invested with mold that had passed out detection until it was too late. Ultimately, the team recommended completely stripping our space down the studs. They helped us understand what was within our capabilities to do ourselves, to include the pros and cons of DIY mitigation, instead of insisting they had to do everything (they did 99% of it – but educating us instead of bullying us into that choice like other places we interviewed for the job meant a lot to us). The weeks’ worth of work they did end up doing in our basement left the basement so clean I would’ve eaten a peanut butter a jelly off the floor if it fell open face down. Not only that, but they invested so much time and effort into speaking with our insurance to keep our out of pocket costs down. Every time Gary & Tiffany came to our house to work or check up on things, they spent time talking to us. Getting to know us. Calmy answering questions and making sure we weren’t overwhelmed by everything (this was a huge project for young, new homeowners to have suddenly fall on our laps!). Frequently, they would reach out just to say, “you doing okay? This is a lot.” The ideal contractor for us is someone who doesn’t make us choose between competency and compassion. These were some of the most genuine people we’ve met, and they were also undeniable top-notch experts in their profession. I will recommend them every time. And they were nice to our dog. That’s always a huge plus.
