Four accounts on a single listing, all inside a four-month window, is the thinnest kind of positive history — consistent, but with nothing independent to check it against. For a siding or gutter repair on the Dracut side of the Merrimack Valley, these four accounts all point the same way. For anything at the $12,000 end of the range, ask for addresses of comparable finished jobs and talk to those homeowners first.
