We had a great experience working with Barret Phelan after a stressful situation at our Cape house. When we returned after the winter and turned the water back on that evening, one of the shower heads suddenly came off and caused a major water issue. We also lost water to the house, and I was worried that the hot water heater might not be working properly as well. It was complete chaos around 9:30 at night. I contacted several plumbers, and Barret was the only one who responded that same evening. He was incredibly patient, asked me to send photos, and helped troubleshoot remotely first to avoid unnecessary costs. He quickly scheduled a visit for Monday and then spent several days carefully and thoroughly inspecting both our plumbing and heating systems. He efficiently repaired all the leaks and heating system issues, and also provided thoughtful recommendations for future maintenance to help prevent problems down the road. I was truly impressed by his professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Communication was always smooth, replies were prompt, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. I’m extremely grateful for all of his help and will absolutely continue using him to maintain our home in the future. I would highly recommend Barret Phelan to friends and family！
