Gutter Pro Enterprises has been putting seamless gutters on South Shore and Cape Cod homes for what the company says is more than 40 years — long enough that one customer's original installation, from roughly 2008, is still the gutter system they call the same company back to service today. The Plymouth-based outfit does aluminum, copper, wood, fiberglass, and half-round systems, plus cleaning and repair, across Massachusetts and into Rhode Island.
The volume and consistency of praise here is unusual for a single trade: dozens of reviews, spanning 2022 through mid-2026, describe the same experience on repeat — a detailed, itemized quote (several reviewers specifically compared it against two or three competing bids and found it more thorough), an install crew that shows up on schedule, and a finished job that looks clean the same day. A recurring cast of names comes up across the years — Brandon, Bryan, Tom McKeown, Jason Frazier — suggesting a team that's stayed together rather than turned over. Several customers are repeat or long-term clients: one business called Gutter Pro "a key partner" delivering on time and on budget, another had gutters cleaned by them for years running, and one homeowner came back nearly two decades after their original install for a leak fix and got the same responsive service.
Warranty follow-through drew a sharp complaint, though: in a 2023 Angi review, a customer reported a clogged gutter the company wouldn't come clean under warranty, calling the coverage a scam. That stands apart from the rest of the reviews here, which run almost entirely positive — the Better Business Bureau gives the company an A+ and lists it as accredited, and it holds strong ratings on Google, Angi, and Houzz.
One thing worth noting: Google's own review count for the business jumped between scans — 91 ratings recorded in one snapshot and 21 in a later one, both at five stars — a discrepancy this profile can't resolve on its own, so treat the review count as approximate rather than exact.
For anyone in the Plymouth, Cape Cod, or Greater Boston area needing gutters installed, replaced, or cleaned, Gutter Pro's long run of detailed, on-schedule work makes it a strong default call — just worth confirming directly what the warranty actually covers before signing.
