A recent Google customer said Tim and his crew installed custom gutters, called the quote very reasonable and said the work got done right away. A 2025 customer wrote that after signing the contract, a group of 4 men showed up in a week and made all the gutter parts on site. That 2025 customer said the work area was left neat and that a year later all was good as new. A 2024 customer said Tim replaced several smaller gutters on 20-year-old properties with larger, sturdier gutters and downspouts over two years. In that 2024 review, the customer said that when one residence had rotten wood under the aluminum cladding, Tim coordinated another contractor to replace it. A 2021 customer said Randi was on time for the estimate, asked where the downspouts should go, measured the property and showed a sample of the product. That 2021 customer said the install crew was attentive to plants, flower boxes, patios, brick walls and the walkway. A 2023 customer said that when a leak developed, the crew returned within a reasonable amount of time to diagnose and correct the problem. A 2025 Google customer who had used the company twice said the installation crew left a drain pipe short by at least 1.5 feet. That 2025 customer said the lead installer answered that they were already getting a discount and could buy an add-on piece at HD, and still said they would hire the company again.
