Ask whether it has been renewed, since the jobs customers describe here reach past painting into window replacement. For finish and repair work on an older building, the praise Jay gets is specific and comes from someone who watched the job up close. For anything with a long lead time — windows, materials ordered in — put the schedule, the check-in dates and who is responsible for ordering into the contract before money changes hands.
