I hired Andre to do ceramic tile work in my home, and the experience was absolutely terrible. He showed up smelling strongly of alcohol and weed, displayed a complete lack of professionalism, and ultimately delivered shoddy, unfinished work. The tiles were uneven, cuts were sloppy, and he left the project incomplete. Communication was nonexistent, and he seemed completely indifferent to the quality of his work. I would strongly advise against hiring Andre if you want any semblance of reliability or skill. A total nightmare to deal with.
Hired Andre Pro to do 2 tasks. Confirmed date and time for work. Pre-paid him $242 via Venmo (I have copy of Venmo transaction) for supplies. He never showed up. Never answered my calls and took my money. I will NEVER use Angi again. Getting through to customer service on Angi is next to impossible. I was stiffed $242 with nothing to show for it and no one at Angi got back to me. Terrible service all around.
Very professional and communicative
Andre was awesome, he came and took care of several small projects around the house including servicing a dryer and installing a drawer in a shelf. He was punctual, professional, fast and polite. He is definitely my go-to-guy now.
Andre was very efficient, quick and polite. He was flexible and arrived on time. He also helped me with another small fixture while he was here.
