I've hired them for multiple substantial rehabilitation and office build out projects, all of which were completed on time and within budget - something quite rare these days. We have used Hannigan Development for a few projects over a number of years. Joe Hannigan, the owner, has always been easy to communicate with and he has been very responsive to our needs. All of our projects have involved the demolition of an existing structure and a new rebuild. Joe has coordinated all aspects of the build. He follows through with everything and the time frame and deadlines are always on time. Joe has a number of subs that work with him on these projects, and they are not only talented, but they are reliable and knowledgeable. They look out for the client's best interests and the site is always kept in good order. Joe is also good at dealing with the town officials and he knows the building codes and the ins and outs which is very helpful. Best of all Hannigan Development, Joe and his subs are easy to work with. Our first two projects were investment properties on the Cape. The third home is our present personal home on the Cape and there was no doubt in our mind that Hannigan Develpment would do a great job and finish on schedule and on budget. We have the utmost confidence in Joe Hannigan, and we highly recommend his company.

Favorite things about working with Joe and Hannigan Development: first and foremost, his vision and design sense, closely followed by the full service approach, quality of the work, and his responsiveness/accessibility. Tasked with a complete renovation of an entire floor of our Cape house by this neophyte, Joe had exciting ideas for the space at the first walk through. He then handled multiple members of his team to get us from vision to reality so I didn’t have to. Each one was top notch and indicated going the extra mile to perfection “for Joe.” So I was impressed at the work ethic/loyalty he inspires in his team. Finally, he always took my calls or returned them almost immediately, answering any questions or dispensing advice. By the end of the project my stock answer was “whatever Joe says.” My summer guests have been wowed by the finished product. A+, will definitely use again.
